Energies Update – Did You Make Big Gains On Recent Break We Did! But
Where not here to crow on about that, instead we want use this move as an illustration of how to time a trade correctly. In all markets when they go right great and sure we piled up big profits, but markets can make us all look stupid and they do regularly! Here we want to go over two ways to cut the risk of trading in energies (and other markets) so lets look at them. Don’t predict. This is one lesson traders never learn. It was tempting to buy into the support in the crude and unleaded gas, but we waited and used the stochastic indicator to time the entry - when it crossed with bullish divergence, we entered. Not only does this method help you get in, it also helps you stay out, until the time is right. We are extremely bullish of natural gas and wanted to get in and waited when prices approached support for the stochastic to give us the buy. It didn’t.Prices have since dropped. We will get an opportunity, but won’t trade natural gas until support holds and momentum picks up. The lesson is always buy strength and don’t try and pick a bottom, that’s a mugs game.Pay no attention to the newsEnergies (and most other financial markets) are driven by trader psychology. Let’s look at the supposed fundamental reasons for the move tod

5 Biggest Mistakes People Make When Marketing Niche Ebooks and How to Avoid It
Marketing your niche e-book isn’t difficult when you know the pitfalls and how to avoid them.5 of the biggest mistakes people make are:a) trying to do everything at once, b) designing a pretty website c) focusing too much on selling products instead of growing their list, d) not having a marketing plan, and e) failing to create innovative products that sell themselves. The biggest problem I see is people trying to do everything at once; they get confused and overwhelmed and nothing gets done. They don’t know how to create an Internet business step-by-step that takes people through a funnel; they just start creating pieces that don’t work because they don’t understand the function of each piece or why they are creating them. When I work with people, I get them to look at what they are trying to accomplish in a systematic way. I then help them create the pieces that will move their customers through their funnel and get them to buy.The second mistake people make is designing a website for looks, not sales. One of the problems is that people are ignorant; they rely on a web designer and many of them unfortunately don’t understand Internet marketing. I’ve seen people spend $10,000 on website design and still not have

    How to Be Noticed
IntroductionPeople page through a magazine in a similar fashion as they surf through the web. The average attention span is not very long; eyes wander attempting to take in all of the stimuli. While paging through a magazine, a person is most likely to glance at a great number of advertisements. While reading articles, it relieves pressure on the brain to take a break from the text and take in some visual graphics. Millions of people either subscribe or peer through magazines generating great potential for sales for an advertiser. Are your ads featured in magazines? Consumers are more likely to focus on the more compelling images on the page during the process of looking through a magazine or reading an article.“The successful advertiser is the master of a new art: the art of making things true by saying they are so.”Magazine advertising is a spectacular way to gain the attention of a larger base of consumers. A potential customer may serendipitously become intrigued about a product or keep a company in mind while thumbing through a magazine. Ads come in different shapes, sizes, and times of occurrence. Contacting a publishing service will enable you to get a good idea of options and pricing available. The magazine medium is not something

    Housing Slide Affects Lenders
The slowdown in the US housing market is leaving many of America's largest mortgage lenders to adapt new business plans. Many lenders are cutting costs and launching new risk reduction strategies in the face of a slowing market in the $9 trillion home mortgage industry.Slowing sales have pushed inventories of unsold homes up 39% in the past year. Many areas are seeing slower rates of home price appreciation, with a few reporting depreciation of home prices. Builders recently reported the lowest confidence in the past 14 years for the month of July."I've never seen a soft-landing in 53 years, so we have a ways to go before this levels out," Countrywide CEO Angelo Mozilo said. Countrywide recently announced plans to cut costs. "I have prepared the company for the worst that can happen."Countrywide plans to cut as much as $500 million in costs over the next year, partly due to the slowing market.Ameriquest Mortgage Company, the nation's largest subprime lender, announced earlier in the year that it will cut over a third of its 11,000 employees. Washington Mutual is also in the process of cutting mortgage-related employees. Many lenders are tightening down, yet some are looking at this as an opportunity to expand. Many larger lenders ar

There are three main credit bureaus that handle a majority of these credit report request. They are Experian, Equifax and Trans Union. Each of these organizations are private in nature and routinely furnish your credit information when asked to do so for a fee.Generally speaking the credit reports provided by the credit bureaus are very detailed and very accurate. For instance it’s not uncommon for them to have information regarding missed payments as far back as 6 or 7 years. 3 Reasons to Get Your Home Equity Loan
Equity is the difference between your home’s market value and the amount of money you owe on it. Getting a home equity loan allows you to borrow against the amount of equity in your home. Because it is a secured loan, it usually has a much lower interest rate than the other loan options that are available. There are three great reasons to get a home equity loan.Use the money to pay off high interest debts. The interest on a home equity loan will be much smaller than the interest on credit cards. Taking out a home equity loan to pay off high interest debts makes a lot of sense because it will save you lots of money over the long run. Because the interest is less, you will find that your monthly payment is much less than you were paying when you had checks going out to several companies. Take that extra money and use it to pay off the debt quickly or use the extra money to live on, so you aren’t tempted to charge up your credit cards again.Use the money to pay for a college education. With the price of tuition today, it is hard to figure out how to pay for your children’s college education. Home equity loans offer you a much lower interest solution than taking out an unsecured loan or borrowing against your retirement.ll Ralph on the porcelain telephone
