    • Know what is expected of them
    • Have the equipment and resources to do the job
    • Be given the opportunity to do what they do best, every day
    • Have a manager or supervisor who cares about them
    • Be surrounded by employees who have a similar drive for quality
    • Have opportunities to learn and grow

    A clearer case for helping managers and supervisors in your organization learn to delegate effectively could not be made. Managers who get the best from their employees are able to retain them longer. They know how to:
