    Underweight Women Miscarry 70% More
Looking skinny is considered a desirable fashion statement but did you know that it also leads to 70% more miscarriages in pregnant women during their first trimester?A new study released by London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine has shown beyond any doubt that healthy nutrition and reasonable body fat are actually good for expecting mothers. “Skinny” was defined as having a Body Mass Index under 18.5.In England, 250,000 women a year unfortunately go though the pain and shock of losing their babies during the first three months of th

I Would Like to Start a Carwash Company
Many people have gone to the carwash and seen all the cars lined up getting washed and all the money the carwash is making and thought to themselves, why this is a very good business and I would like to start a carwash. Good for you I say, very observant in fact and yes on a busy weekend the carwash is often slammed with customers and they do take in a lot of revenue. However often during the week they are not so busy and they may have excess labor on the job, which prevents them for making higher profit margins. Additionally you want to consider
(Part 2) Is there an alternative?

Because behaviour is only a learned pattern, then, of course it can be changed. Behavioural patterns only survive because they seem to offer some value to those who use them. People don’t smoke because they wish to harm their health. They smoke because they feel that it helps them cope with difficulties or problems in life. Some older people I know use the cigarette as a source of comfort in what they see as a difficult and lonely world. Smoking actually helps them to cope. Certainly, it might be more to their advantage to use a different method of coping but many have never learned any other methods nor are these types of life-skills coping methods particularly valued in general society. Many have not been exposed to different methods simply because society has not valued coping methods and therefore has not offered them to those in need. Cigarettes were offered as way of finding satisfaction and indeed offering the ‘coolness of a mountain stream’ and not surprisingly people went to them to find comfort and satisfaction in them. Once they had made this association of comfort and satisfaction, they would naturally be reluctant (and are very reluctant) to give up what they see as a source of comfort and satisfaction. Natural Remedy Resouces - Alternative Medicine
Natural remedies can really work for curing many illnesses, and for relieving the symptoms of many others. Science has in fact been inspired many times by natural remedies to come up with the wonder drugs of our modern age. Penicillin for example began as a natural remedy. The root ingredient of penicillin is a type of mold that forms on bread.Another natural remedy that most have heard of all their lives is chicken soup to cure, or at least relieve the symptoms of, the common cold. Chicken soup as a natural remedy isn’t a wonder drug, but it does

Small Businesses - Importance Of Backup Systems
Importance of backup systems for small businesses is in no way less, as compared to big companies. Small businesses also rely heavily on the computers for the data management. There are several examples of small businesses that lost all their valuable data because of computer failure and never returned to the scene again. 9/11 or Hurricane Katrina are some of the events of the recent past. These events have made people aware about the backup of data. Moreover, because of these events people now prefer to keep a backup of important data at the place that i

Where Can I Get a Free Structured Settlement Quote?
Obtaining structured settlement quotes is key to getting the best price for your asset. You will never know how much you can really get unless you get out there and test the water. This is especially true considering you probably have no experience selling a structured settlement and do not know what the process is or the going rate. However, when you check with various companies and see what they have to offer, you arm yourself with the information to barter a better deal and better ensure that you do not sell yourself short. Now you know the im

    What Are Insurance Policy Loans?
Do you own an insurance policy? Most of us do. If you own a policy, are you aware that in certain circumstances, you can actually take out a loan through your insurance?People enter into insurance contracts because they would like to have something to fall back on in case they experience a loss in the future. The contract of insurance provides that the insured or policy holder must pay premiums during a specified period and when the maturity period comes, the insurer or the company paid to manage the risk is mandated to pay the policy holder the a

How easy do people think it would be to give up what they see as a comfort. How must it feel to people addicted to cigarettes as a coping strategy to be suddenly told that they have a ‘filthy habit’ and that if they were any good or had any sense they would stop the habit immediately. Some people have found themselves outside the law by virtue of an addiction which was developed and nurtured over many years of lawful advertising on behalf of large corporations making large profits.

    No blame, no scapegoating

Please understand that I am in no way trying to blame cigarette companies for seeing and supplying a market to generate profit. Yet when the person who has been addicted by the promise of comfort is pushed outside the law by a society which has suddenly changed its attitudes, I feel a great sense of injustice against the person. We revel in making the addict and profit from it and then we condemn the addict who no longer fits with our new notions. Is that fair? Is that reasonable?

Considering our own role in creating the addicts, don’t we think that we might be more understanding of their condition and have a desire to help them rather than condemning them by making the practice illegal? This same reasoning can be applied to all behaviors which do
