Stay Focused – Goals also don’t work if you forget about them. Saying, “I’m going to lose 10lbs” dieting for a week, and then going back to your Big Macs and TV tends to result in failure. Motivated people stay focused on their goals by writing them down, and constantly reminding themselves of them everyday. Want to lose 10lbs?
