    Commercial Mortgage Financing
When a person decides to buy a house, he will usually not pay for the entire cost of the home with cash on hand. He or she will usually borrow the money necessary to purchase the home and make monthly payment to the lender throughout an agreed period of time to pay off the amount of money borrowed. This type of loan is called a mortgage, and it is usually a long-term loan lasting up to thirty years.Where to apply for a mortgageThere are many places you can go to find financing options for your home purchase. Most people will usually go to a bank to borrow money. However, there are also private companies that are in the business of providing home loans.Applying for a home loan can be a very expensive process. There are
will be counted least in the Kingdom of God, which means, not being a part of The First Resurrection: Matt 5:19 "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." Wouldn't you like to be called 'Great' in The Kingdom of God? Well you won't be if you believe what theologians say and teach others what they say!

    4) On whose authority do theologians speak? This is an easy one to answer, they speak on their own authority. How do I know that? Again, that's easy too, because they are forever 'learning' but never coming to knowledge nor understanding of The Truth. They are always reasoning in never ending circles, now compare this confusion with these Scriptures:

Matt 10:26 "Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known."

How To Write A Resume That Stays At The Top Of The Pile!
Here's something to think about! One internet source says that employers spend, on average, only 10-15 seconds on each resume and that 82-94% of applicants get rejected at CV stage. So, we (as interviewers) timed ourselves. We spent, on average, 80 seconds on each resume before making an initial decision - Yes or No.Generally we interview no more than 6 people for any one position. Based on the average number of resumes we receive, that's an 80-90% rejection rate. You'll realize from this that it's not necessarily the most qualified person who is shortlisted for the job, but the one whose CV or resume grabs the attention of the interviewers. So, if the job you are goin
Hello again to all my readers. This is the final part of my expos? of things theological and I will finish by answering the last of my original questions from part 1, taking it up, as before, where I left off.

Question: was Peter, the fisherman, a theologian? OK, it's a reasonable question, isn't it, or is it, 'cos there's that bogey word again - reasonable? Actually it isn't a reasonable question at all, it's a stupid question - a foolish question and probably the sort of foolish question a theologian would ask another theologian and then mull over it meaninglessly for hours, when the plain and simple answer is no, Peter was not a theologian. Peter was a fisherman and no doubt a good fisherman, if he had not been good fisherman Jesus Christ would not have said this: Matt 4:19 And he saith unto them, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." Jesus deliberately chose to use Peter's profession as a fisherman, using it as an analogy, to show that Peter's obvious expertise and success at that profession, would be transmuted in the future, into becoming a fisher of men. This new expertise, not being of his own knowledge, expertise and strength, but rather by empowerment of the Holy Spirit and The Lord Jesus Christ. Peter was a Galilean fisherman and his only education would have been that given him by his parents and the local Rabbi at the synagogue each Sabbath Day. Peter wasn't a man of letters; he was like me and millions of others, an ordinary hard working man with a mediocre education. Again, I will quote, as I taught in part 1:

[1 Cor 1:26-28 "For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world (like me) to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty. 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are.](Brackets mine)

Now, for the sake of argument, let's use Paul as another example, for unlike Peter, he was educated. Named Saul before his calling, he was a Pharisee and the son of a Pharisee, so he was well versed in The Law and no doubt, a legal expert. This would mean he would have discussed and reasoned things in the Sanhedrin. Now this man Saul, later Paul, after he had become a Son of God and an Apostle said this:

Phil 3:8 "Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ."

All the academic, legalistic religious teaching he had received in the past he now considers as dung - crap and garbage, in the modern vernacular. This is what Paul thought of all his previous 'cleverness' and 'righteousness' - dung!! Now how does this attitude compare with that of theologians, or men who set themselves up as Bible experts based upon their intellectual prowess? Quite plainly there is no comparison, as one (Peter & Paul) is of God and the other (theologians) are of man, the intellect and carnal human nature.

    The next questions:

    1) Were theologians members of the original church? Not if Paul had anything to do with it, they weren't, and that's for sure! Col 2:8 "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ." Now there we have it, all in one verse of Scripture; don't let any philosopher (theologian) spoil you through vain deceit after the tradition of men - man's vain imaginings. Notice here too that phrase "rudiments of the world" - rudiments meaning 'fundamental principles' or 'elements' or cares of this world, which are not after Christ - not of Christ, but of the world - this age.

    2) Did the Father call men to be theologians? After Col 2:8 I think we can safely say no to this one.

    3) Can we believe what theologians say? Yes, you can if you want to, but why join people who will be counted least in the Kingdom of God, which means, not being a part of The First Resurrection: Matt 5:19 "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." Atkins New Diet - Melt Fat Like Butter In A Microwave Pan With The Atkins New Diet!
The Atkins new diet is one of many modern diet plans popular among those wanting to lose weight. The main theme of the Atkins new diet as a diet is to totally eliminate carbohydrates and increase the protein intake. The idea behind the Atkins new diet is the assertion that most with weight problems have those problems due to too much intake of simple carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates are commonly found in most junk, pre-packaged, and pre-processed foods are blamed for weight gain and the idea is to reduce their intake. This diet was developed by Robert Atkins, M.D. in the 1960s. Dr. Atkins believed that many people who were overweight had a resistance to insulin. This resistance to insulin basically caused the carbohydrates not to bur

Secured Loans - Viable for the Homeowners
If you are a homeowner in the UK, you can borrow a large loan amount on the equity of your home. A secured loan option can help you in borrowing a good loan amount. With this loan type, you can borrow a loan with fairly cheap rates. As the lenders have low risk associated with this loan option, they can provide maximum benefits with it.It is advisable to go for this loan option, only when you feel that you will be able to comfortably repay the loan amount within the stipulated time frame. If you make a default in your repayments, then the creditor can sell your home to get their money back. This is a major drawback with this loan type; however, there are many benefits as well, which gives an edge over an unsecured loan. Most of

1 Cor 2:10 "But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God."

Only those people born of The Holy Spirit can understand the deep things of God, it is completely and utterly impossible for the human intellect, on it's own, to understand things Spiritual. The Word of God is a Spiritual Book, not a cold dead text book and this is why you should never listen to theologians, or if you wish, listen and then laugh at them.
