It's very easy to start your own group on Myspace and the benefits of starting your own group are many. For one, as the founder of a group and the moderator you have control over the rules of your group. You set whether you’d like your group to be public or private as well as how the group operates. The best reason to form your own group is in its ability to get you exposure. Groups are a great marketing vehicle to get your point across. They can enable you to get in on the best kind of marketing, word of mouth. As the moderator you can begin to create a relationship of trust with others in the group and speak directly to them.As the group founder your profile link will be listed at the top of your group page. This will help you get a great amount of visibility. Whenever someone clicks on your profile picture your profile will be displayed. 6. Business Presentations with a Punch
Even the hardest-hitting corporate executives sometimes need to punch up their presentation skills. Nick Paulus, an executive and business coach who offers online articles on effective business presentations, recently recounted his observations during an event sponsored by a highly esteemed investment bank. According to Paulus, "Although it was a big event, it was still lacking some of the basics." At the event, Paulus found four mistakes that are all too common in today's business presentations: 1. The presenter - who was the company CEO - stood behind a conference lectern. While this traditional approach provides the speaker with a certain image and level of comfort, a conference lectern places a barrier between the speaker and his audience. It's much more effective - particularly when using PowerPoint presentations - to have a headset microphone or a wireless lapel microphone, and engage your audience by utilizing the entire area of the stage. 2. Adorning the wall behind the CEO was a giant banner trumpeting the name and logo of the investment bank. If the event were being covered by the media, you'd want the company's name and logo broadcast and photographed. In the absence of media
There are nowhere near the amount of webmasters using RSS that there should be. There is more exposure about RSS than there has ever been but take up of RSS still seems to be slow. I think the main reason for this is the lack of understanding of how to implement an RSS feed.

    .

I have been blogging at http://blogtonomy.com/ for two weeks now, that’s two weeks today in fact and my Feedburner stats tell me I have a total of nine subscribers to my RSS feed. That’s not bad considering I did not activate my RSS feed straight away. These subscribers are made aware of updates to my sites without having to visit my site. Why would you want to make your readers visit your site if it hasn’t changed.

One of my missions as a webmasters has been to promote RSS to webmasters to let them know that it can be used as an additional channel to communicate with their visitors. I believe it fills a gap that email is failing to do because of the vast amount of spam that is out there. In fact I only use email as a means of making contact with people, email is personal and should not be invaded. You should not have to give out your email address all the time.

RSS is a good medium for publishing newsletters, updates and news. The sorts of things that are not specific to an individual but are relevant to groups. I would compare RSS to being more like a newspaper where as email is more like a letter you would expect to get from a friend or relative.

By all means I am an advocate of RSS and have been promoting it over at http://newsniche.com/ because of the lack of enthusiasm or maybe the confusion when it comes to RSS. The use of RSS may not become as widely used as email but it will grow in popularity, especially with the interest shown recently from the likes of MSN and Yahoo. No doubt Google will join in soon.

    6. UK Air Freight Company Services And Revenues Are Increasing
In 2004 it was estimated that the UK Air Freight market was worth ?726.1m and most of this was attributed to international services and the domestic service is very limited as it is dominated by road transport operators.British Airways which offers an air freight service as a by product of its passenger operations are the biggest provider of air freight capacity, but non-scheduled operations are beginning to grow quickly as well. There are a number of positive influences in relation to the UK air freight companies and these are as follows:-1. Growth in world trade and the chance of new markets opening up to businesses in the UK. 2. A reduction in the price of air freight rates as a result of competition between the various air freight companies. 3. The need for people to move goods around the world faster and more reliably. 4. The change in manufacturing processes which require the widespread adoption of just-in-time working practices. Also the services provided by UK air freight companies have become an integral part of the efficient operation of the UK's economy today which is less vulnerable than some other markets due to recession. Many of the UK Air Freight Company

    6. Learning to Zigzag
On a trip last year, we drove down many back roads and winding country lanes, often not entirely sure where we would end up. The joy was in the exploration and the journey, not in arriving at the destination. It struck me that we are often willing when on vacation to put the roadmap aside and just explore. We discover charming towns and hidden beauties as we just follow the road wherever it leads, enjoying the journey, living moment to moment. This spirit of exploration made me think about how we typically limit ourselves in our lives. I wondered where else in my life I took the usual straight and narrow path when it would be more interesting - even more exciting - to follow the road less traveled and take a curious jog on a path I've never seen before. Where would it lead me?In the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, some of us forget that life is not a destination, a deadline, or a single event. Instead, it's a complex, multi-faceted, organic organism, forever changing as new inputs stimulate its shape and character. Most people act as if their lives follow a neat linear progression. But, in reality, there is no pre-determined pattern to our lives any more.Just as there are no longer predict

I am sure you have heard of people making 6 figure income online and people who are jumping from products to products and making nothing. You ask why?Let me ask you a question. Do you change products or programs frequently? Many online entrepreneurs do and in fact only those that stay on with a product or program make it eventually. In my opinion, the number one reason on why you can fail your online business is that you treat it as a hobby. When you treat your online business as a hobby, you probably earn a "hobby" check.Online business is relatively easy to start, and also easy to for you to get out. I observed that most online marketers did not put in the effort, they merely treat their online business like a hobby. Here is a question for you. If you are running a multi million dollar company, what will you do, how will you run it? I believe, you will take your business seriously and put your full effort into it, right? 6. Considering Contracting? Things You Need to Know
With the current high demand for accounting and finance professionals, you may find that it can be incredibly lucrative to become a contractor. A contractor, also often called a Consultant for higher-level positions, is an individual who is either employed by a third-party agency, or who contracts directly with an organization to provide services. Some companies rely heavily on contractors. Others have a culture or management team that discourages them. The services to be performed can either be functionally oriented (e.g. an Interim Controller) or project oriented. The scope, length, short and long-term goals of the project should all be outlined in depth prior to initiating a contract. Usually there is an hourly bill rate associated with the contractor’s work, but many other arrangements such as fixed periodic fees or fixed project fees exist. The work of the contractor is either supervised by the third-party agency that employs them, or someone at the client site. This is often dependent on factors such as the company or the nature of the work, the agency’s and the client’s supervisory capabilities.Below you'll find information and answers to questions commonly asked about contracting work. How do
