But I get the feeling that just about anybody within a company or organization can be one. I once heard leadership defined by author Meg Wheatley as, “Anyone who is willing to help.” That’s you! Everyone is a manager. Even if you’re not the manager of a team, group, staff, etc., you’re still the manager of your time, life, family, priorities, choices, health, blah blah blah.
